In my opinion Dr. Reed is one of the very best dentists in the area. She is very professional, her character is impeccable. She is gentle and is very observant and makes sure I never had discomfort thruout the numerous procedures she has done for me. Dr. Reed has come to the rescue when I have teeth problems many times in her "off duty" hours .The office and personal are superb. I was very fortunate to happen upon Dr. Reed. I HATED going to the dentist. It was always very painful and my previous dentist was very insensitve to my anxiety, fear and pain! Dr. Reed's office was a dramatic change from any other dentist I had seen. From the moment I walked into Dr. Reed's office I was treated as if I was a personal family member. Everyone in her office staff was AMAZING! They never once tried to dismiss my feelings of anxiety. They just tried to ease my mind and let me kow they cared and understood. I have been impressed with every aspect of Dr. Reed's office. During one of my appointments they found that I needed a root canal done and Sharon, one of my many blessings at Dr. Reed's office, drove me from their office to the endodontist's office. Dr. Reed came over to check on me in between her other patients. Her staff also called me later that evening to check on me and then again the next day. WOW! Today was the first dental appointment that I have EVER experienced without the Nitrous Oxide Gas before I had my shot of Novacain.
