top center two teeth have been knocked out a few yrs ago. the teeth next to the opening are starting to grow in. id like the price of a bridge. and how long they usualy last ? and i had a cavity thatwas drilled and filled but eventualy fell out and the tooth eventualy got worse and cracked off as a resault about 25% to 30% of my lower tooth is missing id like a quote on that as well ? it wasent long ago i went to the dentist i can try to get all the xrays there was a lot and i had impressions made .
